In celebration of our 30th anniversary, All Classical Portland re-located to the 2nd floor of the Hampton Opera Building at 211 SE Caruthers Street. When staff and board first envisioned a new location, they dreamed of a space that would truly work for the community by enhancing the station’s visibility and reach, thus bringing this wonderful service to wider demographics locally and more corners of the world globally. All Classical Portland needed a home base that would feel welcoming to staff and visitors alike, that would showcase the impressive and beautiful technical aspects of creating radio, and would be ideal for bringing the community together through events, live studio audiences, and VIP visits. Well, thanks to many contributors, mission accomplished (!) and this careful investment is paying off in spades.
