Though my interests are varied, sharing music with others is the common denominator among most of my life activities, and All Classical Portland is the perfect place for me to follow this vocation. I had the wonderful experience of interning with All Classical Portland in the summer of 2013, and now I am thrilled to be back as Executive Assistant. I studied music (composition and musicology) and Russian studies at Lewis & Clark College, where I also played tuba and euphonium, hosted a classical program on KLC College Radio, and dabbled in choral singing. While I grew up in Charleston, SC, I am delighted to make Portland my new home, where I have the privileged opportunity to turn my abiding love of classical radio into a profession at an outstanding organization. In my free time, I pursue my scholarly interests in early music and Russian music of the 20th Century, and I occasionally gig as a funk guitarist.
