AHC: Designs from the Hidden Kingdom, through June 30
The Japanese Pavilion at America’s 1876 Centennial Exposition introduced the U.S. to a new style in design that became the rage from the 1880s into the 1900s. Japanese motifs appeared everywhere, especially in the hardware manufacturing industry. Architectural Heritage Center presents collections shared by Allen Joslyn and Maud Eastood, running through June 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
