Our third collaboration with BodyVox offers three shows with original choreography and dance to music performed by CMNW festival artists. V Coleman); Johann Strauss’ Frühlingsstimmen (Voices of Spring), Op. 410 (arr. for string quartet); Sous le dôme épais (The Flower Duet) for Two Sopranos, from Lakmé of Leo Delibes (arr. V Coleman); Jean Sibelius’ Valse Triste for Violin and Piano, Op. 44, No. 1 (arr. for harp); Hungarian Dance No. 5 for Violin and Piano (arr. for harp) by Johannes Brahms and V Coleman’s Set from Portraits of Josephine Baker.
