A Tribute to the Life & Legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington D. C.
This year’s program includes an array of community speakers from various civic and social community organizations. Format includes digital media, high definition tape, delayed broadcast by live artistic performer, presentations from the civil rights era. Visual arts and digital media are used to enhance our program and help develop the focus toward a younger audience. Participation includes: Public Schools, Elementary and High School students throughout the NW; Dream Village marketplace where vendors and exhibitors offer local arts, products, services and information; and much more.
$5.00 donations or five units of non-perishable foods will be collected at the door and given to local food banks.
