Salem Chamber Orchestra: Open Dress Rehearsal – Homage

Dress rehearsals are a great way to hear fantastic live music, see behind the scenes, and even get a chance to sit on stage behind and next to the orchestra. Come early to participate in activities by Willamette Valley Music Co and to claim the best seats.

Program includes Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 4, featuring Sandy Hughes and Sarah Tiedemann, flutes; Denise Dillenbeck, violin; Das irdische Leben of Mahler featuring Joellen Sweeney, mezzo-soprano; Massenet’s Va! laisse couler mes larmes from Werther featuring Joellen Sweeney, mezzo-soprano; Le tombeau de Couperin by Ravel and Aaron Jay Kernis’ Musica Celestis

Interact! Ask your own questions via Facebook, Twitter, or email (info@salemchamberorchestra.org) and the guest artists and/or Nikolas Caoile, principal conductor, will answer them during breaks in the rehearsal.
