During this month, fourteen local chefs and food experts will guide visitors’ taste buds on a journey through China’s vast culinary experience at Lan Su Garden. Every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at noon, the garden will be enveloped in the taste and aroma of dumplings, pot stickers, Lanzhou-style noodle pulling, dim sum and marbled tea eggs as the history of Szechuan cuisine comes alive. Additionally, visitors can try their hand at The Chopstick Challenge, a fun and easy way to see how well you truly can do with a pair of chopsticks. As an extra benefit, each participating restaurant will provide members of Lan Su a discount on meals throughout the month, with some restrictions. Check with Lan Su for more information.
