Portland Symphonic Choir celebrates conductor Steve Zopfi’s first decade as Artistic Director. Selected by Choir members, audiences and friends, the program features well-known classics including Benjamin Britten’s Rejoice In The Lamb, Oregon-born composer Morten Lauridsen’s O Nata Lux and Norman Dello Joio’s To Saint Cecilia, as well as two pieces by young American composers: In Paradisum by Eric Sayre and Ave Maria by Jason Saunders. Two performances – April 27 at 7:30 p.m. and April 28 at 1:30 p.m., both in St. Mary’s Cathedral. Admission $15-$35. Reserve tickets through the PSC website.
