The 13th annual Silverton Fine Arts Festival is set for August 17-18 in Silverton’s shady Coolidge–McClaine Park at the intersection of Coolidge and Charles Streets. Artist and food booths are open Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Complimentary shuttle service and free parking are available at the Robert Frost School parking lot at 301 Westfield and The Oregon Garden at 879 W.
