The Willamette Valley Chamber Music Festival is a celebration of the creativity and beauty that abound in this special place. Through partnerships with winemakers, the festival brings world class chamber music into unique, intimate spaces where you will experience the beauty and craft of extraordinary wine and music hand in hand.
This year’s programs showcase connections between time and place, in much the same way that vintage and terroir shape a fine wine. From the Italian Baroque of Corelli, to the romanticism of Dvorak’s “American” Quartet and the exotic sounds of Gabriela Lena Frank, we invite you (with glass in hand) to come with us on a moving journey of sight, sound and taste.
Friday August 18 through Sunday August 20 will feature violinists Sasha Callahan, Greg Ewer, and Megumi Stohs Lewis, violist and composer Kenji Bunch, and cellist Leo Eguchi, performing at the spectacular Elk Cove Vineyards and J Christopher Wines wineries.
