Clark College Fall Choral Concert
The Clark College Women’s Choral Ensemble and the Clark College Chorale perform their Fall Concert. The Women’s Choral Ensemble repertoire is varied, and features seasonal favorites. There are two Andrea Ramsey pieces on the program, one of which is I See the Heaven’s Glories Shine with text by Emily Brontë. The choir will also sing Lullaby by Daniel Elder and O Magnum Mysterium by Ivo Antognini; both lush and moving pieces of music. The Clark College Chorale will perform an equally diverse program, including music from the late Renaissance, the Romantic period, and works recently composed. The audience will enjoy works from German composers Hassler and Brahms, English composer Philip Stopford, Canadian composer Stephen Chatman, and U.S. composers Robert Young, Stacey V. Gibbs, and Shawn Kirchner.
