Although it’s not springtime here in Ulaangom, western Mongolia, (currently minus twenty with the sun just rising) the music is certainly brightening things up. I’m a Portland chef on a sausage making teaching project for Mercy Corps. I can’t tell you folks how much I value the hour or so each morning when I stream All Classical as I do my writing before starting my work day here. A true treat.
