Explore the peace and tranquility of the stunning Portland Japanese Garden while you take a tour of contemporary Japanese music performed by musicians placed throughout the landscape. The evening culminates in the world premiere of a newly commissioned work by leading composer Dai Fujikura, performed in architect Kengo Kuma’s awe-inspiring new Cultural Village.
Please Note: There is a shuttle service from the bottom of the hill to the Cultural Village; however, the first hour of the concert involves walking and standing while enjoying the music and Garden. There will be seating available for the finale.
