PSU Theater invites you to wrestle with the meaning of existence in an evening of works by Nobel Prize winner Samuel Beckett. Enter Endgame, where Hamm is unable to stand. Clov is unable to sit. Nagg and Nell live in trash cans. Trapped in a barren room together, they repeat their stories, jokes and insults with a growing sense of doom. The end is near … but will it arrive? In Footfalls, a ghostly woman confronts her unseen mother, who is ill, or dying, or dead. The woman paces endlessly, the sounds of her steps like a ticking clock. Don’t miss this thought-provoking double bill in Lincoln Hall’s Boiler Room Studio, May 18 through June 2. For details and tickets, go to the PSU website.
