ABOUT
Daniel Mobbs is a faculty member at both Portland State University and the University of Portland, where he specializes in Bel Canto repertoire and techniques. His training in this classical vocal tradition comes from esteemed sources, including Conductor and musicologist Will Crutchfield, and The Caramoor Summer Music Festival.
In addition to his teaching roles, Daniel founded CantiamoPDX, a summer training program dedicated to advancing Bel Canto skills. Through CantiamoPDX, he provides a focused environment where singers can hone their craft under expert guidance, furthering their technical proficiency and interpretative depth.
