The award-winning Lake Oswego Millennium Band opens their 26th season in the Lakeridge HS auditorium with a concert full of variety with music for all tastes and all ages.

As the leaves turn and the weather cools, what better way to spend an autumn afternoon than listening to live music in the company of your friends and neighbors. As Fall brings about change, change is also afoot in the band, as we introduce a new music director and conductor who has selected a program of exciting, lyrical and eclectic music that will please music lovers of all ages. There are Irish folksongs, a contemporary rock-inspired piece, music by Duke Ellington, an English follksong, a Southern hymn-style ballad, a march, music from Disneyland, and a Leroy Andersen composition featuring a typewriter. There are even a couple of holiday selections to put you in a festive mood.

Admission is free of charge, but donations are gratefully accepted.
Doors open at 2:00PM with music and artists in the lobby, so come early and listen to the Millennium Clarinets while you do a little holiday shopping before the performance.
