Pianist David Rothman returns to TOC with’s Sonata No. 8 in C minor Opus 13 and several Chopin pieces: Ballade No. 1 in G minor Opus 23; Ballade No. 4 in F minor Opus 52; and Scherzo No. 3 in C-sharp minor, Opus 39.

Pianist David Rothman has delighted TOC audiences with performances of the entire Schubert Cycle, Mozart Cycle, and all of Chopin’s solo piano pieces. With accompanist Michael Barnes, on the organ, Rothman has also played the Rachmaninoff Third and Brahms Second Piano Concerto at TOC.
