Jahlysa Azaret

I am a recent graduate of the master’s program at the University of Oregon for Multimedia Journalism, and have completed work in Ghana with a local radio station which helped me learn how to elevate community stories. Presently, I collaborate with the Journalistic Learning Initiative to help students to write and publish articles with Black Student Magazine. When not working, I enjoy a good book with my cats snuggled beside me or learning a new language.
