The Portland Chamber Orchestra will ring in 2026 on December 30 with a Grand Ballroom Carnaval. The evening will begin with a free, 30-minute ballroom dance lesson. Then, patrons will step into a musical program that includes Beethoven, Strauss and the tango flair of Piazolla. Deanna Tham will conduct her first concert as PCO artistic director.
