THE CONCERT PROGRAM – 10/27/24, 2 PM, AT THE MULTNOMAH ARTS CENTER

Hadar will be performing with Portland’s Kerry Politzer on piano, playing her original material, Brazilian music that she loves, and a selection of Kerry’s songs.

THE WORKSHOP – THE SELF SUFFICIENT FLUTIST

The workshop following the concert is geared toward flutists and other musicians but all who attend the concert are welcome to stay if you are curious!

Hadar’s workshop will focus on her teaching method “The Self Sufficient Flutist” and will be of interest to flutists of all styles, levels and ages. The class is suitable for flutists playing all musical genres.

The Self Sufficient Flutist is a teaching method she has developed and uses in private practice as well as in flute workshops around the world. Its goal is to help flutists strengthen their musical independence and understanding of the various musical elements (melody, rhythm, harmony) and how they interact.
