Villa Catalana Cellars presents a magical summer evening of opera, and dinner in the gardens of Villa Catalana Cellars August 17th. Field and Vine Events will create a five course farm to table family style dinner and Ping and Woof Opera will sing your favorite opera arias between courses and after desert. The setting is under the big grape arbor at the lake’s edge with the 12th century inspired stone Spanish villa as a back drop.

Puccini’s Nessum Dorma will be performed along with works by Verdi, Offenbach, Thomas, Donizetti and Bizet. Many people in the past have said this is the highlight of their summer. Villa Catalana Cellars and Ping and Woof Opera present an abridge version of Mozart’s Cosi fan Tutte August 24th. The extensive gardens of Villa Catalana, a magical setting reminiscent of old Spain, over looks a large pond with a 12th century inspired stone villa as a backdrop. Bring your picnic, low backed chair or blanket and wine glasses. Wine is available for purchase by the bottle.
