Lifia Teguh, Ben Tissell & James Pick
June 15, 2023: Host Christa Wessel welcomes pianist Lifia Teguh, plus Ben Tissell, baritone, and James Pick, piano, to the Roger O. Doyle performance studio.
Lifia will be joined by cellist Jonah Thomas and vocalist Darren Raynald. Ben and James will share snippets from their recent celebration of English and American art songs event called Fear No More.

Lifia Teguh is an Indonesian-born pianist, composer, and arranger whose passion is to make music that touches hearts and changes lives.
As a classically trained pianist, she has performed in the USA, Europe, and Asia both as a soloist and as part of the renowned summer festival Music Fest Perugia, G. Lettimi Conservatory International Master Classes, and Warsaw Piano Workshop. Lifia is also a recipient of the Monday Musical Club Scholarship in Portland, a grand-finalist of Petri Scholarship Competition, and has received awards in regional and national piano competitions in her country, Indonesia.

Ben Tissell is a familiar face in the Portland theatre and music scenes, often noted for the power and expressiveness of his baritone voice. Pianist James Pick is a versatile musician equally comfortable on a concert stage, in an orchestra pit, and at a theater studio.
