Light Opera of Portland
October 20, 2022: Host Christa Wessel welcomes the Light Opera of Portland (LOoP) and Maestro’s Trio to the Roger O. Doyle performance studio.
LOoP “brings you absurdity in complete sincerity.” The company will share a preview of their upcoming performances of Ruddigore, a comic opera in two acts, at the Multnomah Arts Center. Also on the program, Maestro’s Trio, made up of three musicians from the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra: Jeong Yoon Lee, violin; Jonah V. Thomas, cello; and Dr. Michael C. Liu, piano.
