Broadway Rose Theatre Company presents an exclusive preview of Cole Porter’s beloved Anything Goes, a splashy, high-energy musical comedy set aboard the S.S. American ocean liner bound for London. Featuring mistaken identities, romantic entanglements, tap-dancing sailors, and a dose of good old fashioned farce, the show sails on laughs, love, and toe-tapping tunes.
Then, Opera in the Park Portland performs highlights from Georges Bizet’s Carmen—one of the most passionate and enduring operas of all time. A radio preview of their open-air concert on July 27, 2025, at Peninsula Park, this performance celebrates the 150th anniversary of beloved tale of Carmen—a bold, free-spirited woman who lives life by her own rules.

Portland SummerFest’s Opera in the Park presents annual free operatic performances at the beautiful outdoor Washington Park Amphitheater in southwest Portland.
