The Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce presents the 38th annual Stormy Weather Arts Festival, running from 11/07-11/09. With over 50+ events, including artist demonstrations, a concert, hands-on workshops, artist receptions, buskers around town, special dinners & tastings, kids’ craft events, and more, there is truly something for everyone to experience.

A highlight of this year’s festival will be a performance by Oregon bluegrass band, Midnight 45 on Saturday night at 7pm.
