November 17, 2022: Guest host Warren Black welcomes Scott Kritzer to the Roger O. Doyle performance studio. Classical Guitarist Scott Kritzer will perform tracks from his brand new album Classical Guitar Treasures from the Baroque, featuring works by Silvius Leopold Weiss and J.S. Bach, with arrangements by Michael Lorimer.

A graduate of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Scott Kritzer has performed concerts in London’s prestigious Wigmore Hall, Lutheran Hall and Sapporo, Japan, and is often found performing on series that have included Itzhak Perlman, Ivo Pogorelic, Cecelia Bartoli and the Emerson and KRONOS String Quartets. Hailed a “champion of the living American composer”, by David Maclaine of The Willamette Week, Kritzer has premiered newly commissioned works for guitar in virtually every major US city.

His latest album, Classical Guitar Treasures from the Baroquewill be available digitally on Friday, October 21, 2022, on Miramont Records
