Chronicles of an Adventurous Violinist

Anthea Kreston
2026-2027 Artist in Residence

Take a glimpse behind the curtain with one of Oregon’s busiest performers: Anthea Kreston, All Classical Radio’s 2026-2027 Artist in Residence.

In this new blog series, Chronicles of an Adventurous Violinist, Anthea peels back the layers of a life jam-packed with performances and more. Through her bi-weekly posts, she finds the balance between being an active touring musician, author, and mom, to reveal the struggles and triumphs of a neverendingly vibrant life. Anthea takes us from her busy home in Corvallis, around the state and around the world, performing, making dinner, and being a mom to two teenagers. There’s never a dull moment!
