OREGON ARTSWATCH: Violinist Anthea Kreston talks ‘Chronicles of an Adventurous Violinist’

Thanks to journalist James Bash and Oregon ArtsWatch for recognizing All Classical Radio and our 2026-2027 Artist in Residence, Anthea Kreston.
Kreston, a staple of the Oregon classical music scene, discusses her new book and her life in music.
“[Kreston] is especially happy to be the current Artist in Residence at All Classical Radio, and to reconnect with Fred Child, who is its President & CEO.

That was at the same time when we were just starting to tour with Yo-Yo Ma, and Isaac Stern was helping us out. So Fred really brought my career to a national level.’ “
